Balancing Environmental Challenges with Economic Demands

The GreenPort Journal champions environmental best practice and corporate responsibility. We provide in depth analysis and insights outlining the latest environmental trends and opinions, offering case studies, interview based articles and project based features to a global readership.

Published four times a year and supported by owners, operators, suppliers, customers, stakeholders, regulators and policy makers within the Ports and Terminals/Shipping/Transport and Logistics sectors, the GreenPort Journal aim to accelerate ideas, encourage environmental initiatives, compare best practices, drive up operational standards and challenge the status quo.

The GreenPort Journal also supports a range of events, organisations and trade associations in view of our mission to promote environmental sustainability and protection, corporate social responsibility and best practice amongst Owners, Operators, Stakeholders, Customers and Local communities.

The GreenPort Journal is available at all "Partner events and Supporting associations' events", and is personally handed to all delegates and participants during each event. Please visit www.green-port.net and click on the GreenPort Journal link and then click on the individual links to for more details about the information above.

The GreenPort Journal welcomes feedback from all Ports engaged in plans for sustainability targets, carbon neutral initiatives and innovative environmental programmes. We would like to learn more about the balance they may be aiming to achieve between for example their educational and outreach programmes, capital investments and operational changes, with improving throughput, efficiencies and profit.
